It helps identify common advertising risks under Ahpra advertising guidance, TGA therapeutic goods advertising requirements where relevant, Australian Consumer Law principles, and clinic brand rules you supply.

It does not guarantee that your advertising is compliant or that it will not be the subject of a complaint, investigation or penalty. Using My Clinic Marketing does not create a solicitor-client or practitioner-patient relationship.

AI limitations & human judgement

Reviews are generated using artificial intelligence. AI can make mistakes. It may miss issues or flag content that is in fact acceptable. Consistent with Ahpra’s guidance on the use of AI, registered health practitioners remain accountable for their advertising and must apply their own professional judgement to any output. My Clinic Marketing is intended as a first-pass red-flag check, not a substitute for review by a qualified person.

Your responsibility

Final responsibility for advertising always remains with the advertiser and the clinic. You are responsible for ensuring your advertising complies with all applicable laws, codes and guidelines before it is published. We recommend seeking independent legal, regulatory or professional advice where appropriate.

Do not submit patient data

Do not submit identifiable patient data, private medical records or confidential patient images to My Clinic Marketing. Use general, de-identified marketing material only.
