Privacy Policy

This policy explains how My Clinic Marketing (Missing Link Social Media Pty Ltd (ACN 620 584 661) as trustee for Missing Link Social Media, ABN 84 829 571 671) handles personal information, consistent with the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth) and the Australian Privacy Principles (APPs).

What we collect

  • Account details: your email address and clinic/workspace name.
  • Content you submit for review: the marketing copy, images, and web page links you choose to check, and any brand rules or examples you save in Settings.
  • Billing information: handled by our payment processor (Stripe). We do not store your full card details.
  • Usage data: basic records of reviews created, for limits and analytics.

How we use it

  • To provide the service: creating, storing and displaying your compliance reviews.
  • To process reviews: submitted content is sent to our AI provider for analysis.
  • To manage billing and subscriptions.
  • To operate, secure and improve the service.

Service providers

We use trusted third parties to run My Clinic Marketing. Content and account data may be processed by these providers, including overseas (for example, in the United States):

  • Supabase: authentication, database and file storage.
  • OpenAI: AI analysis of the content you submit for review.
  • Stripe: payment processing.
  • Vercel: application hosting.
  • Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager: website analytics.
  • Meta (Facebook) Pixel: advertising measurement and attribution.
  • GoHighLevel: our CRM, used to manage enquiries and marketing communications.

Cookies & analytics

We use cookies and similar technologies to keep you signed in, to understand how the site is used, and to measure our advertising. This includes Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager and the Meta (Facebook) Pixel, which may set cookies and collect usage data such as the pages you visit and how you arrived (for example, a campaign link or referring site). We also record the source of new signups so we know which channels are working. You can control cookies through your browser settings; blocking them may affect how the site works.

Please do not submit patient data

My Clinic Marketing is for reviewing marketing material. Do not submit identifiable patient data, private medical records or confidential patient images. Use general, de-identified material only.

Storage & security

Data is protected by access controls (row-level security so each clinic can only access its own data) and encryption in transit. No method of storage or transmission is completely secure, but we take reasonable steps to protect your information.

Retention

We keep your reviews and account data while your account is active. You can ask us to delete your data; some records may be retained where required by law.

Your rights
