Terms of Use

These terms govern your use of My Clinic Marketing, operated by Missing Link Social Media Pty Ltd (ACN 620 584 661) as trustee for Missing Link Social Media (ABN 84 829 571 671). By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these terms.

The service

My Clinic Marketing is a marketing compliance pre-check tool. It is not legal advice and not regulatory approval. Please read our Disclaimer, which forms part of these terms. You remain responsible for your advertising and for obtaining your own professional advice where needed.

Your account & content

  • You are responsible for activity under your account and for keeping it secure.
  • You must have the right to submit any content you upload, and you must not submit identifiable patient data or confidential records.
  • You must not misuse the service, attempt to disrupt it, or use it unlawfully.

Subscriptions & billing

  • Paid plans are billed monthly in advance through Stripe.
  • Each plan includes a monthly review allowance; limits apply as described at sign-up.
  • You can cancel at any time through the billing portal; access continues until the end of the current paid period. Fees already paid are non-refundable except where required by law.

Intellectual property

We retain all rights in My Clinic Marketing. You retain rights in the content you submit. You may use the reviews we generate for your own business purposes.

Disclaimers & liability

The service is provided “as is”. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we exclude all warranties and are not liable for any loss arising from your use of, or reliance on, the service or its output. Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts or modifies any consumer guarantee or right you have under the Australian Consumer Law that cannot lawfully be excluded; where our liability can be limited, it is limited to resupplying the service or the cost of doing so.

Indemnity

You agree to indemnify us against claims arising from your advertising or your breach of these terms.

Termination

You may stop using the service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for breach of these terms.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia.
